It is characterized by the reward systems, physical plan of the school, furniture arrangement, etc. When you look at a school, is there a trophy case for sporting chargets, but not academics? Are classes dismissed every Fri solar day, sixth or 7th period, for a gingerroot rally? If so, that school would value mutation over academics. As you look at the structure of the school, is there a electronic computer room, or is technology evident in every classroom? Does the school tweet diversity, or just say it does? EXTRA-The extra-curriculum includes those activities that are structured by the teachers and administration. If a school has a football team, a basketball team, furrow team (etc.) but no history decree, Spanish club, math club (etc. ), one might infer that athletic competition are valued more than academics. If the school has a basketball team and track team and also has National approve Society, Future Farmers of America, (etc. ), one would infer that all learnings are valued.
