De Rosa

I was lucky enough to go to Philidalphia Museum of Art to do my museum project on. The artwork that I picked is The only whenchering of the Innocents by Francesco (Pacecco) De Rosa. The enter is oil on canvas, it is very big and It is originated from Italy since De Rosa is Italian. When I first walked by The Massacre of the Innocents, I couldnt help myself nevertheless just stood there and stare. It wasnt because the flick itself was so large but It was appalling and brutal. Ive never seen it before. I just had this sorrow in my heart when I stared at what was happening to the babies. I didnt usher what the metal label said at first.
